I am a former police inspector who retrained as an IT business analyst. I worked within the IT department of a major UK police force, where I developed my innovative approach to meet challenges of workplace accessibility for colleagues living with disability and neurodiversity.

I now work with businesses and organisations who already deploy Microsoft Windows and Office 365 as their OS. I can work with them to ensure they are leveraging their investment in Microsoft, to use the inbuilt accessibility tools, to meet workplace adjustments for employees living with disability, neurodiversity and especially dyslexia.

I can assist any business to develop strategies to make Windows their go-to product of choice without the need for expensive off the shelf software solutions. I can work with their employees to train them on Windows accessibility and provide them with suitable workplace adjustment for their needs.

I have been working in the field for over six years. I am expert in the Windows accessibility suite and have coached in excess of one thousand clients with accessibility needs. I have recently won a national award from the National Police Chiefs Council and the Police Digital Service for my work and this approach. Over a five-year period, one major UK police force has saved in excess of £4 million by using this model to provide workplace adjustments.
